Do you own an instant pot? Let me walk you through how to make ground beef pasta in an instant pot

If you own an instant pot, you can make this recipe as one pot as I did with this instant pot chicken pasta. You would cook the ground beef first just as you would on the stovetop. Add the pasta and tomato sauce, make sure you deglaze the bottom of the pressure cooker pot to avoid getting burn notice, and cook on high pressure for 5 to 6 minutes depending on the type of pasta used. Stir in the cream and cheese once the cooking cycle is complete. Related posts: creamy cajun pasta, Boursin pasta, and pink sauce pasta.

In the meantime, cook pasta in salted water according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside, if you cooked the pasta before cooking the sauce, add about a tablespoon of oil to the pasta, this stops it from sticking together. Reserve about a cup of pasta water for later.
